Well maintained and well equipped space with friendly staff
Sorry for only leaving this review now given I dropped in over Christmas/New Year period '23. This aside, I was welcomed by the friendly owner Joe and his even more friendly dog (sorry didn't get the dogs name) - great facility, plenty of space, and equipment to run through my workouts. Next time I am up, I'll be sure to drop by and maybe this time do a class.
