Amazing place. As someone who struggles with the standard gyms and usual workouts, blueprint performance has been a breath of fresh air for me. The coaches are all top class, friendly, knowledgeable and always keen to help in any way you might need, the workouts are brilliant amd the atmosphere is special too. If you're thinking about joining just stop thinking and get yourself involved, you won't regret it.
I was visiting Scotland and did a drop in class. It was well worth the drive from Glasgow. The coaching and local athletes were fantastic. I also got to meet Jen which was a wonderful bonus. It was a great day for me. I will be back for sure.
I was completely new to CrossFit 4 months ago and have loved joining the gym. The Coaches have been excellent at teaching new techniques and helping me improve. Everyone has been really welcoming, and with a variation of class types throughout the morning, afternoon and early evening as well as the open gym, it has been perfect to help me push on. My commitment, strength and fitness has noticeably improved since joining. I would highly recommend for anyone of any age or level to come and try it.
