Been going for years now and I absolutely Love it. The work outs are so varied and enjoyable. Not easy by any means and work every single muscle in the body. There is a real sense of community and investment from the staff. Would chose this over a gym anyday

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Ickenham for around 2 years, and it’s been a game changer for me. After needing back surgery, I found it challenging to get back into a fitness routine, despite having always been active. The coaches at CFI have been brilliant at helping me regain my confidence so I can get back to doing sport regularly. It is one of the best gyms I have ever been. I feel like treated as a family. I have been going for more than 2 years and for me every class feels like one to one session. Plenty of support and guidance. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming with great coaching. They're well equipped but anyone can buy gym kit, the real value was down to the coaching expertise that was applied during the session to correct form, motivate and provide a balanced, sensible workout. Very much enjoyed, thanks for having me.
