The most incredible gym with an even more incredible community. Joining CrossFit Hexis was, without doubt, the best decision I’ve made on my fitness journey. The coaches are absolutely phenomenal (and endlessly patient - even after explaining the snatch to me a hundred times!), and the atmosphere is genuinely warm, welcoming, and supportive. I’m truly sad to say I’ve recently moved and can no longer train there, but I’m also so proud and grateful that my CrossFit journey began at Hexis. I love this place. It's home to me now. It's my safe place. If I've had a bad day I can't wait to get here and blow off some steam. If I've had a good day, I can't wait to see everyone and have a laugh. I've always been a lone trainer and I was dubious about joining. Nervous and a little scared if I'd be accepted.
