I attended a free trial back in September (2024) — not to get back into training, but to start for the very first time! This is the best community, atmosphere, coaches and by far the greatest place to transform your health and fitness. Habitat, the members, the coaches and equipment is on another level of brilliance. The programming of classes are expertly curated and my strength, lifts and cardiovascular system gets better and better just my doing the classes. I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms and without a doubt CrossFit Habitat is the NO.1 CrossFit gym and all round holy church of health and fitness.

Awh, I'm sad to be giving a 2-star rating because all of the member's reviews are amazing, and I'm sure if I was a member I would be writing a more positive review. However, as an off-the-cuff drop in, I was left a little disappointed. I visited today with my husband as we're staying local (travelled from Cardiff) until tomorrow, and we were looking for a gym that offered non-members drop-ins/open gym while we're away. We found this gym via a Google search and the reason we decided to visit was that on their site the gym off... read more
