Quite simply the best gym in the midlands, not much more I can say than go and do a drop in and see for yourself
Great atmosphere Amazing coaches
I leave in london and I’m a member of a CrossFit club in St Albans (CrossFit Verulamium if your ever in Hertfordshire it’s definitely worth a visit!!). I’m in Nottingham visiting family and didn’t want to stop training. I emailed Dan the owner and got a response within minutes. I was able to drop in and the CrossFit community was strong, really welcoming. The class was fantastic, so good I’m going again tomorrow! Thank you Dan, Tracey and Lizzie for making me feel really welcome and running a great class.
Great gym. My children train here and they love it. Highly recommended!!
