As someone who was (and is) new to CrossFit I was made to feel very welcome. Extremely supportive and encouraging team and friendly people. Thoroughly recommend.
Amazing coaches and environment.
Have recently completed my first month at CrossFit Clifton and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining. Staff are all great and spend a lot of time coaching technique 1-2-1 due to the smaller class sizes.
Everyone is really friendly and helpful. The classes are great. They scale the exercises to your level and the trainers make you feel comfortable.
