I’ve been at Civitas for around 18 months now and I cannot praise this place enough. The coaches are incredible , the community vibe is unmatched and the work outs are varied and can be scaled to suit everyone. I’ve never stuck to a fitness regime for longer than a few months my whole life, but 18 months In I’m still going strong. It’s definitely helped me to build my confidence, get stronger and fitter whilst making some great friends along the way.

Would highly recommend Civitas, such an amazing community and the coaches are outstanding. I joined nearly 2 years ago I enjoy every moment of the classes even the awful burpees. I have also made some truly amazing friendships.

First and foremost, im writing this review as a complete novice within any form of weighted workout. CrossFit for me always seemed so intimidating and scary. That was until I started last week on the back of their Bring a Friend week. After sampling the majority of class times throughout the week, every single group provided the most supportive community you could ask for.
