I joined CrossFit Chiltern around 6 months ago and only wish I’d found it sooner. My fitness, strength and co-ordination have all improved massively, not least thanks to the hard work and support of the coaches. I’ve also been impressed by their body analyser system which gives detailed quantitative data on where your body is at, and allows you to measure your progress over time. I only have great things to say about CrossFit Chiltern. The coaches are both knowledgable and fun, and the members are so welcoming. It’s great to see such a huge range of ages and fitness levels all coming together to enjoy super varied workouts - you’ll never get bored! The gym is super well equipped and professionally run. I always look forward to a session and leave with a smile on my face.

I joined Crossfit Chiltern's "Ignite Nutrition" three months ago because I had heard great things about Dr Amy George who is in charge of the program. I found the program extremely helpful and effective and it definitely changed the way I think about food and my approach and understanding of my own nutrition in general. The process is easy and straightforward, the equipment used for body measurements is really good and accurate and Dr George's passion for what she does really impressed me. I joined CrossFit because I knew I would need some help to start my journey to getting fitter. I hadn’t done much exercise in a long time and being 52 knew I needed to do something to keep myself healthy. I was incredibly nervous especially after seeing all the equipment in the gym but soon realised the support given to each member meant I didn’t need to be. I started the Ignite Nutrition program at CrossFit Chiltern during a particularly tough personal time. My eating habits had spiralled and I didn’t know where to turn.
