Ive been going to CFCV for a few weeks now, and joined as a complete novice with pretty much zero gym experience. That hasn't mattered though because as well as the initial one to one session to assess my general level and familiarity with various moves, and the extra attention and help/advice I get as a newbie throughout each class, I've felt totally comfortable getting involved and taking on new exercises. I’ve been going to this gym for over ten years now and I love it! The best coaches, always pushing you and helping you to achieve your best, it’s an amazing community to be part of, I would recommend it to everyone, you won’t regret it!
Started last week and it’s making a big difference already! My posture feels more upright, I have more energy, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! The workouts are hard, but everybody is there to challenge themselves and improve, so you always feel supported by like-minded people. Coaches are fantastic and always able to give you personal feedback during the classes. Love it!
I joined CrossFit a couple of months ago and am absolutely loving it. I was worried about joining and not being able to do any of the exercises, but all of the coaches have been so welcoming and helpful in every single class, always willing to help in whatever way you need. It’s a great community and the people are great. I love being able to come to a class and have a chat with different people each time, regardless of your ability in the actual class itself.
