An absolutely wonderful gym filled with supportive and encouraging people! Whatever health journey you are on, this gym, coaches and members will help you every step of the way! Skills improve and confidence too! Fantastic gym, I'm always there!!
This has basically become a second home. Great people, great workouts. Constantly learning new skills and striving to improve. I'm a fan.
Some coaches were slightly insulting for example we were all doing bicep curls and there were no 9kg dumbbells left so I had to take 12kg. The coach said don't let ego lifting be detrimental to performing the exercise properly with a lower weight, I had no choice but to take the 12's. I have also sent numerous emails asking a few questions and had no answers at all.
