Lovely, friendly team of instructors who are offeringa bespoke programme for young girls. My daughter has only just started but is really enjoying it
I've found CrossFit Buntingford to be an amazing place to grow my confidence in the gym. The community is incredibly supportive, and the coaches are top-notch. As a young woman, feeling comfortable while working out is super important, and this gym definitely provides that, unlike some others I've been to. I love that the sessions are always different and enjoyable. Oh, and the coffee is good too!

Wasn’t sure about starting CrossFit having trained at a traditional gym for years but within a month or so of starting I joined the unlimited membership - absolutely loving it and can’t recommend it enough!
