I joined CrossFit Bosham a couple of months ago and I absolutely love it. Crossfit is so different to all the activities I have done before, challenging but also very rewarding. I am self employed and my day to day life, juggling business and kids, can be quite stressful. Engaging in a class gives my head a break or sets me up positively for the day. I’ve just completed my starter training and I’m really looking forward to the variety and energy of CrossFit. I joined to slow the decline of my strength and mobility now I'm in my seventh decade. I’m easily intimidated by ‘fit folk’ - but these guys are supportive and friendly. My thanks to all the coaches, for a professional and understanding start to my CrossFit journey. . . There’s plenty to improve in me - including my co-ordination!!
Really great facility with top notch instructors and equipment. I was only passing through for a month and felt welcomed and part of the community. Highly recommend!
