I’ve found CrossFit 57 North an awesome place to train. The coaches really know their stuff and are always there to help, whether you’re just starting out or have been at it for years. The kit is top quality, and the whole place has a great atmosphere—everyone is super friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel supported and challenged, this is definitely the place to be!

I've been training at CrossFit 57 North for the past year and a half, and the progress I've made—both mentally and physically—has been incredible. I feel better than ever, and my body continues to surprise me every week. The coaches are outstanding, creating a fun and supportive environment for all members, no matter their ability. But the best part of CrossFit 57 North is the community—everyone supports each other, and there's no ego, just encouragement.

I’ve been doing CrossFit since 2012 and have been to a ton of gyms. This gym is doing things right. The owner coached the class I was in and he genuinely cares deeply about movement and community. In my opinion those are the most important aspects of CrossFit. He introduced my wife and I to the class which oddly enough the last few gyms I’ve been to the coach doesn’t even acknowledge to the class that we are visiting.
