We stopped for dinner tonight and it was absolutely superb. The best we've eaten since we came to the Island a week ago. We had the smoked salmon and scallop starters. For mains we had burger and Yorkshire pudding sandwich and everything was cooked to perfection. The gravy was delicious. The mars bar and cheesecake puddings were also lovely! I recommend the Tiree pink gin! The ladies that served us were warm and welcoming. Thank you!

I stayed at the Cross Inn while travelling in Lewis and it was a very good choice. The hotel is close to the Butt of Lewis, which makes it a handy base for exploring the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathrooms are well kept, and everything feels looked after. The price is fair for what you get, and overall it offers good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and comfortable stay in this part of the island.

It was a lovely stay, small rooms but very comfy overall, we slept incredibly well. They cook wonderful food both at the pub and for breakfast. Highly recommended, we hope to come back!

Cracking pub.l, stopped there in a motorbike trip. Great atmosphere, the locals are wild and friendly. The staff are great, the food is good and the beer is cold. They've also got a huge selection of local gins and whisky. I'll absolutely be back again

We had 3 nights here and loved it! Staff are so welcoming and friendly, the food is amazing and the bar has a great vibe. Rooms are warm and cosy and clean. Perfect location for exploring Lewis and only 35 mins from Stornoway. Highly recommended
