Very poor surgery. I recently discovered a document on my medical records from a 'family friend' who had written a note full of lies about my mental health. It was ludricous but the surgery have refused to remove it yet. What is worst is that this person is not a medical professional and was dismissed in 1984 as a carer for being a child abuser! Raises serious security issues regarding the admin at this surgery.
