How can they sale me a truck and less than a year later the fuel sensor goes out??? Hmmm now you want me to pay this outrageous price I don't think so. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy from these people!!
I've been on a waiting list to have a recall done on my Durango since last year in June. Called again this week and was told not only can they find my name but there are over 200 people ahead of me. After being totally frustrated I just told them to forget it. I immediately received a call back with them offering to work me in during September, IF I FELT LIKE I SHOULD BE ON THE LIST!! I can only speak for the used car dealer side of Cronic. Worst customer service ever. Will never purchase a vehicle from them or allow any of my friends and family to. Take the drive to Ed Voyles on Marietta and let Alex help you, you will be pleased.
