I contacted them via internet as well as by phone and got very little response from the sales person as well as the manager. They truly did not seem to be interested in my business. I purchased a great truck from griffin ford in tifton. They value their customers!
We just bought a used 2016 Town & Country van and had a remote start installed. Took alot longer than we thought it should but they gave us a courtesy car to use and finished just before the end if the day. Also just a little late getting the paperwork filed so we can get our license plates. Gave them a 4 star but would've been a 5 if the fore mentioned things went smoother. Still a grateful place and the Ritchie Lewis and the used vehicle staff are awesome.
They have always been good to me helping me keep my car on the road.
Their customer service is a exceptional! Ritchie and Brandon are the best team to find what you are looking for!
From what I can understand from a friend of mine that bought a vehicle from them, they don't stand behind there sales or believe in customer service!
