I came to Chronic to check out the 2019 jeep Cherokee they had online after mine had just been totaled. so i called ahead to make sure they still had it and spoke with Walter Moore. He was a great salesman and everyone there was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. And what dealership is honest and looking out for you? Chronic is. Been looking for a new vehicle for the last month. Dealt with alot of salesman and test drove alot of vehicles. Went to Cronic Saturday expecting the same old song and dance. Do you create more business by sabotaging customers' vehicles while in your possession? I read the story about the man who had his battery stolen and replaced with a dead battery. You can bet I will sure think about that story when in town and need service! I can't believe what the service manager said!! Shame on you!

I purchased my third used vehicle this past Monday. I’ve always been given excellent customer service. Thank you, Tom and Kevin for all your help in putting me in a truck I feel certain will be as dependable as my previous purchases.

Didn't even go in with the thought of walking out with a car, I wasnt even sure what I wanted but David and Melton made it impossible to walk out empty handed. The service, respect and helpfulness was beyond compare. I had been trying to get another dealership to help me find what I was looking for 2 months.
