Given 9 days to complete work and a week notice beforehand to order parts. We showed up as scheduled to pick it up and it WASNT ready. We must’ve “missed” their call letting us know so we could plan accordingly. This tells me they do not value me as a customer or value my time. Won’t be back.

Nice enough people in service but after taking our Jeep in for a popping cv axle and other transmission related issues I will not be back to this service department. On our first trip they had our Jeep for a week and on the last day they flashed the computer and said they fixed the problem. We took it home and brought it right back to them. Our second trip they again had our vehicle for a week and this time replaced a valve in the transmission. Again they said the problem was fixed.
