I recently called Cromer Carpets to enquire about ‘sisal’ which I knew nothing about (but had seen and liked the look of and would like my new house covered in it!)… Chris was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions with patience and expertise… so in fact, I now feel like quite the expert on the stuff!
