Superb dentistry by the technical staff, terrible support from admin. 36 minutes on hold in position 1 ! Call back ? Still waiting…. It was a 5 star service until Treeline took over … not so good now … disappointing….
Usually getting through isn't an issue saying under 5 minutes and I'm through, but since this new Treeline Dental has come in. 30 minute wait. Alright fair enough it's a 30 minute wait that's fine, gets on the phone To book a routine check up, Staff member answers and seemingly can't here me and hangs up after about 5 seconds.I never got a redial or nothing. I've had my name on the waiting list now for a year and a half, I called up just to see where I was on the list and the receptionist I spoke to who was called Jo informed me that I was number 632 on the waiting list, said they weren't taking anymore patients at the moment, and then LAUGHED. Yes it's so hilarious that no one can get a dentist.
