not used for few years we bought my engagement ring and within 3 months 2 stones came out I went back to get them to fix was told without receipt couldn't help even though he said I remember you buying it couple months ago but I still can't help and that was the owner so we had to go to another jewelers and pay to get it fixed and again more stones came out within a year we ended up buying a ring from different jewelers
