The staff at Criterium is always friendly and helpful. I will always go back for their expertise. The new grill is a great place to relax before, during, or after a ride on the Santa Fe Trail.
I want to say thank you to Stephanie who was kind and patient enough to explain all the technical parts and functions of a full suspension bike you guys have in your shop and she made sure that XS is the correct size for my petite self and she really is a gift of knowledge and service to Criterium. Its been challenging trying to find XS bikes to try out in the Springs and it was nice to have clarity and understanding of what will fit best for me and Stephanie definitely guided me in the right direction. Thank you girl!

For more than two months the crew at this shop were able to keep secret a tri bike for a December birthday. Nic and everyone at Criterium could not be more professional or helpful when it comes to bike and accessory purchases. Highly, highly recommend!!!
I am a native of Colorado Springs and grew up visiting this shop. The community environment of this shop is the best around. You get the small town feel with amazing customer service. I have bought both of my bikes from them and never felt pressured to purchase. Also, they have saved me several times by being right on the trail. Best shop in town hands down.
Great service from down to earth people. The staff works hard for customers to find what will benefit the customer. I've never felt uncomfortable asking what some might consider a simple question. The staff loves talking bikes and helping more people get on a bike. The bike selection is expansive, and their location next to a multiuse paved path allows customers a chance to test multiple bikes safely.
Once again I had a great experience with this shop. Last week it was Chris and Josh, and today it was Ben. All three went out of their way to help my gravel/monstercross dream come true. All three employees gave me great advice and were willing to help me navigate compatibility issues that I was clueless on.
