Nick and the entire staff at Criterium get a big A+ for over-the-top customer service and for being a great example of a small business doing great things in our community.
Big love for Criterium. Not only just off the bike trail. They have clean restrooms and don't sweat filling up your water bottles. They are open on SUNDAYS! The staff is very nice and helpful. I snapped my bottom bracket spindle mid-ride on Sunday and lucky was in the area of Criterium. They replaced my bottom bracket in under 20 minutes and had me on the way. Thank you very much. They made a potential bad ride into a good one!
We are new residents to CO. We have had many experiences with bike shops in other parts of the country and have to say that none of them come close to the excellent customer service and dedication we received from these folks. Stephanie made our first mountain bike purchase experience absolutely incredible. We look forward to do business here in the future..

I loved my visit to Criterium this week!! I'm new to cycling and even though everyone who works in the shop is an experienced pro, they were very patient in answering all my newbie questions...and Ryan helped me find the perfect bike for my goals. He also took the time to show me everything I needed to know to about my new bike and made all the necessary adjustments to be sure it fit me right. Although I'm still learning to ride, I am now super stoked every time I put on my helmet to go for a ride. Thanks Ryan and AJ!
