I must have had five of the staff tell me that someone would be right with me while I was waiting for a seat adjustment. They were very busy on a Sunday afternoon, yet still made sure that I was taken care of as a walk in. After waiting only a short while, the mechanic adjusted my seat, no charge, and sent me on my way. I owe that guy a beer...

Criterium is without a doubt the best bike shop in town. I’ve now purchased two bikes there and have had several fitted and serviced. It has always been a wonderful experience! I will never go anywhere else.
Just moved back to CO, stopped in and Nick, AJ and the staff were fantastic in their service. Cool dudes that know the bike culture. I wouldn’t look anywhere else if your shopping for a bike, need tune ups/repairs, etc!
Criterium saved our weekend! My buddy’s bike rack failed and dumped my bike on I70. It’s high end carbon mtb, so you can imagine the kind of living nightmare that was to experience. I called around and Criterium seemed to be the only shop in COS that had dedicated mechanics on staff on a Saturday. I think there were about 5 of them there, which was a relief as we were scared no one was going to be able to get the bike in working order quickly enough ending our weekend before it began.
