Certainly one of the best hifi stores in the UK, in my opinion. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and go out of their way to deliver excellent service.
Dave at Criterion Audio was able to service and install a new tonearm on my turntable. This transformed the sound. The team there are very knowledgeable and have a great selection of quality equipment.
One could spend days here listening to everything from exotic systems to more affordable options. Very relaxed. Spent a whole afternoon doing some A/B testing of headphones and ended up buying those that I thought I would like the least…..now I couldn’t live without them.
