Stunning looking building with some nice grounds. We didn't stay, but we did eat in the brasserie that was in the new part of the hall
We were so looking forward to our spa indulgence day for our wedding anniversary ,when 9am we get a phone to say our package had been cancelled due to staff issues. We were on our way there and due to book in at 10am . Great anniversary present. Certainly wouldn't recommend with service like that!
Crewe Hall Hotel is absolutely stunning! The historic architecture and elegant interiors make it feel truly special. The staff were friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
