Best in Years We leased a 2011 328I last week and I wanted to share with you how well we were treated by Stephan Caraway. Stephan knowledge and presentation of the of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason we leased a BMW, not the MBZ which I was also considering. I have purchased and leased several cars over the last 30 years and dealing with Stephan was one of best experiences I have made in many years. My Mistake My 335i broke down on me last week and I wasnât sure what was wrong with it. I had it towed to Crevier BMW at 7am. Within two hours I had a call from the service advisor with the issue. Come to find out the BMWâs have a security feature that I somehow triggered and it would start. The entire computer of the car had to be reset and this was not covered through my extended warranty. Parts is wonderful Crevier BMW had excellent customer service! Every time I visited the part services the staff at Crevier always makes me feel like part of their family. The parts guy was very knowledgeable I enjoy coming to Crevier for all my BMW needs!
Only One Crevier BMW has some of the best staff around. I whet in for some minor repairs and I left feeling very good. When you show up here they really go out of there way just to put a smile on your face. This places truly is one of a kind.

Top Ten It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I had a nail in it and as a courtesy they went ahead and repaired it. I was so impressed with the level of service I received here at Crevier I am going to tell everyone I know with a BMW. Top ten dealer in my book.
