This service visit was excellent. I left vehicle at on Sunday night and I received call within and hour that it was ready. Craig called and was very pleasant. Thank you.
I called about my sunroof and Scott helped me right away. Everyone was very nice and helped me immediate. Would defiantly come back for service.
My experience was truly exceptional. Bob was attentive and confirmed the requested repair to be taken care of and, also, asked if there were any other issues/concerns with my car. He was also kind to request an early morning repair as my schedule would only permit me to pick up the car no later than early afternoon and that was accomplished. I was waited on as soon as I arrived @ 10am. Craig provided me with an exact waiting time (1.5 hrs)and then delivered my car as I expected (10,000 maintenance completed and car washed)@ 11:30am.

While traveling from my home in PA to visit friends in NJ, my "Engine malfunction" warning light came on. I drove directly to the dealership, was taken care of immediately. The staff kept me informed along the way and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Love Crestmont VW! They have never let me down.
Last month I had a hitch shop install a hitch for carrying my bicycle on my GTI. Though it had been properly installed, the hitch mount hit the exhaust and was noisy. CVW assessed the problem and removed the hitch for a surprisingly low price. The car rides smoothly and quietly again.
