Looked at my car right away, ordered the parts needed and then fixed in 2 days.
The service department was excellent. I was informed very quickly the issue and given and accurate time frame for the work to be completed.
Courteous, prompt, and professional service as always. It was just a simple oil change and I was in and out quickly.
Dropped off car the night before. Dave baker called me in the morning when service was done. Great!
Had a question regarding Maint. Req. icon. Was able to get an explanation and an oil change.
Service is good at affordable price but it did take an hour and a half for the oil change and rotation with an appt. Would like that to be half.

I dropped my car off after the shop was closed, for a night drop off and received a call from Dave the next day to discuss the car. I provided Dave with the Insurance Estimate that I was given for the repairs needed on my car. My car was then serviced and returned to me about a week and a half later. I worked with Bob once my car was finished and I was able to come in, sign my paperwork and pay for my repairs and pick up my car later that night after the dealership had closed.
Excellent service with all the explanation about my service gave me eligible discount.
