Quick intake, professional, courteous, efficient.
Even though I had to come back to the dealership twice for basically the same problem I was taken quickly and serviced with wonderful concern and care
I came in for 10k service. I arrived an hour early and was taken right away. Service Mgr told me the wait for the service would be 1 hour and 15 minutes. His team beat that time. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall a pleasant experience and the best part it was free.
I had a very good experience at the dealership. Jason was attentive to my car repair needs and concerns.
I had an enhanced warranty issue fixed and the customer service was exceptional! This is the second time I had same issue fixed (I own 2 Scion xbs) and the service department was very accommodating both times! Thank you!

Dropped the car off for an oil change and asked them to investigate why the car didn't feel like it was running right. While I was away they changed the oil. they checked the car for anything out of the ordinary and didn't find anything wrong with it. The 'greased the gear box?' (i think that is what they said) to see if that made what I tried to describe better.
