I just returned from vacation and needed to have my car checked out for a rattle of something loose under the car. Without an appointment I went to the dealership the morning after I returned from vacation and they quickly found out what the problem was, along with another problem that I had, gave me a loner car so I could carry on with errands I had to do, and by the middle of the afternoon my car was fixed and ready to pick up. No fuss, no problems.
Came back for required repairs. Everything done as promised for the price promised.
My service was for a frame recall on my 2004 Toyota Tundra pickup truck, the service was preformed at no cost to me. Roger Wisnewski explained what was going to be done before the work began, and after the work was done he explained what was done and how everything was taking care of and how it turned out.
