Straightforward scheduled oil change. Job was done quickly and I was on my way.
Need to fix central console that was broken. Drop the car at lunch and was done in less than 1 hour so I didn't have to take time off from work
Dave was right on top of my issue, he allowed me to drop my car off that very day. He contacted me in a very timely manner the next day and made me aware of the results that the service department found. I was unable to pick up my car by the time service left so he was able to have an alternative way for me to pickup my car after hours...he was wonderful as was the rest of the service department.

Brought my 2006 Highlander in for 80,000 mile service and replacement of all wiper blades and possible replacement of the entire passenger side wiper arm. But this arm was not corrected or replaced. I spoke to Jason who said that he would have the wiper assembly replaced, at no cost to me. He wanted to correct the situation to my satisfaction and I'm bringing the car back tomorrow (Jan 23). I'm very satisfied with Jason's follow-up. He represents Crestmont Toyota very well.
My appointment was handled on time and with care and courtesy. I would highly recommend Crestmont.
I came in without an apt. Keith got me in. Had to order part, set me up with a car. Quick, courteous and professional. Of all the dealerships I have dealt with in the past I am very happy with the service here. I have had a couple of service advisors at Crestmont and they are all excellent. I would recommend Keith or any advisor at your facility.
I was treated well, and my car was completed in a timely manner. Both receptionists were friendly, as was the young man who wrote the initial information, and the gentleman who I sat with regarding the service.
Excellent service. Had all my information ready, and all work was done in a timely fashion. Will definitely return to Crestmont for future service.
