Dave was very helpful and went the extra mile to get a part for my car at another dealer so I wouldn't have to pay an extra day for the rental car. I think he could see that all the work that needed to be done was a hefty price for me, and it was really nice to know the staff at Crestmont was not just thinking about the payment, but what's best for the customer. I was pleased to see the inside of my car so clean when I got it back and the car runs great. I was cery happy with my exoerience at Crestmont.
I just purchased a new vehicle this past January 2013, need to have tire checked because it had a slow leak, did not have a pre scheduled appointment, was able to come in, have tire replaced, good experience. I have been coming to your service department for a few years now other than one experience about a year ago it has always been a good experience

I came in for a oil change and the $69.00 AC tune up and asked Dave if to if they could alos run a check on my vechicle. Dave had the tech do so and informed me of some issues that needed attention asap. Dave also informed that AC tune up would be waste and i needed to get full recharge of AC system. When ever I work with Dave I feel he always has my interest and is looking out for me. I trust Dave completely and know I am not going to be taken advantange of. Made appointment for an oil leak that was spotted at the last oil change. Why make appointments for service? I don't think it makes any difference. People would ask cust. service how long for their car to be finished and it always the same answer. The paper work is being finished it will be 10 minutes.
The service was done on a timely matter. Receive a rental during in which the car was being service.The job was done well.

Car was dropped off the night before for routine maintenance using the drop box, and was ready for pick @ 7:45 the next morning. Excellent service !!!
