Quickly greeted and welcomed. Slight delay in getting the work started only because of ongoing service on another vehicle. I brought work to do during the wait so there was no problem. Good service, guidance for future service, and friendly atmosphere. Also I saw several name tags and cannot be sure the one I deselected is the one who was lead on my car.
David Baker assisted - cannot enter above - two shop mechanics also. Diagnose problems, oil change, tire rotation. Excellent work and customer service. Diagnostic and examination revealed major work necessary throughout vehicle. Discussion agreed cost of minimum repair higher than value of car even if done. Plan to give to friend to fix as/if he wants or junk. Your folks did a thorough job of explaining all options and we agreed minimum required repair not worth it. Although I have bought 4 vehicles from your dealership, dating back to the old building over 15 years ago, I sadly will not return to your dealership again. I remember walking the wooden planks during construction, but recently had a very poor customer service, or lack thereof, with your dealership.
