I had a slight emergency this week when my dashboard lights came on unexpectedly. When I called service they put me in touch with Todd. He was wonderful ... Very helpful and reassured me that it would fixed the same week. I brought the car back the next day and saw Craig who is my regular service rep ... Craig always takes good care of me.

The work to be done on the car was explained thoroughly. When it was seen that it would take longer, this information was relayed to me immediately. I was able to rent a car for the amount of time that my car would be in the shop. In essence, the service provided was excellent.
Great! My mom took a 2004 Highlander that I babied since it had 7 miles on it and gave to her 2 months ago to Pep Boys to get the timing belt done and they messed it up and I took it to you guys to fix it! Pep boys had it three days, you had it four hours. Thank you. She learned her lesson.
I came in for 40,000 mile service and also questioned regarding recent recall letter that I had received.
