Excellent!!!! Every one was very professional and handeled the buying transtion that will bring me back.
Everything was great, the only issue I had was that when I got there it was a bit of a wait. There was some kind of meeting going on, so another gentleman and I were standing there for about 10 minutes with no one around-it was like a ghost town except we could see everyone standing behind the glass door. Other than that, everyone was pleasant and efficient. I don't know what the list with Bob Gross is for above, but he is the first on the list so I just left him.
Came in for routine service. Staff always pleasant and helpful.
Craig was great! Service was opened early so we weren't sitting in the cold! Service (oil change) was performed to our satisfaction without delay.
Simple fix - door sticking - you fixed it.
Always happy with this service at this dealer to date.. i do wish they had a car wash program that goes along with service Kathy
