Typical oil change. It was done quickly and efficiently. I was only at the dealership for about half-hour.
Roger set up the appointment. Darlene processed the work order when I got there at 7am. Craig brought the completed work order and thanked me and wished me a Happy Holiday. All work was completed on time. Roger wished me a Happy Holiday when I was leaving. Everyone was great.
Service was excellent, and timely. Price was also within reason. Would recommend to others as well.
Quick and very helpful
There was a recall to fix the windows in the 2009 Camry. I also took this opportunity to have the car serviced before Winter sets in. As usual, we were treated cordially and professionally. The customer waiting room is comfortable and coffee brings a touch of home. It is nice to receive a message to remind me of an appointment as well as a follow-up message. I could get used to this!
Dave was great, he helped me out on the spot. He went over all service repairs and got my car serviced and returned on time.
DJ did a wonderful job helping me with finding the right car and great financing options. I am going to recommend DJ and Crestmont to everyone I know. I am truly impressed with the way DJ help me, his patience and knowledge. He was great.
