I didn't buy my VW from here, but I get it serviced from here. They never try to oversell you on service. They tell you exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost. I know it's only a VW, but they make you feel like you're a Mercedes owner. They really treat you right. You can just walk in to the shop and someone will stop what they're doing and help you get set up for your service. He will make sure the service of your car is still under warranty; or not, and when your car is being serviced, he will keep you up dated by phone or text, what the progress of the service issues are! Kyle is your go-to guy, when you need someone to take care of your Volkswagon vehicle.

Saturday morning at 5:00 I was driving down Parley's Canyon, it was pouring down rain. When suddenly the drivers' side windshield wiper arm on my Jetta came loose and started wiping the air to the left of the windshield!
