I had some free time last Thursday so I decided to bring my 2008 VW rabbit in on "ladies day" to have a few vehicle concerns addressed as well as finally get to take advantage of the free manicure, massage and car wash being offered! Susan Ahn was my service advisor and she couldn't have been more accommodating and polite, especially when I told her I was going to have my regular mechanic look it over since the total bill was going to come to close to $1000. I had a great experience overall. Thanks!

Caduste Michaud was great to work with. Very straightforward, and honest. I would encourage anyone looking to get a VW to go to Colonial first and not waste your time going elsewhere. They will probably beat the price at another dealership for an equivalent car, with no negotiations needed.
