I purchased my Toyota Venza at your dealership on 2/7/12. I had worked with Steve and had found out about your dealership through the Consumer Reports Build and Buy program. I have 2 other Toyota dealerships closer to my home (Morristown and Ledgewood) and continued to inquire and work with Crestmont Toyota because of your caring nature and how I was not continuously bothered by Steve. This dealership was clean and Dave was professional and friendly. He made knowledgable and gave me great advice. Also service was expedited and completed in a timely manner. Crestmont will now be our new go-to place to service our Jetta!

I was treated curteously. Every step of the way, I received calls with updates on what needs doing, what is urgent, and what service work can wait. The work was done on time, and to my satisfaction.
I was very pleased. Everyone was helpful. Service was very quick as well. It was nice after a long day to have a complimentary coffee too.
