My purchase of a 2016 VW GTI AT Colonial Volkswagen of Medford was one of the best I have had.. If not THE BEST. Nice people all of them from our salesman Caduste Michaud to the sales manager Scott and Rami the finance guy! Caduste Michaud is very personable and polite and a pleasure to do business with, a refreshing change from the know it all pushy sales people I have encountered elsewhere. I would recommend that you drive a few extra miles to work with this dealership.
We recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen Beetle Convertible from Colonial VW of Medford. Mr. Caduste Michaud helped us and we could not be happier with our purchase. He was very thorough, attentive, and helpful, and he made the entire experience simple from the beginning to the end. He even assisted us in getting the vehicle delivered to our home, which was extremely helpful. We will definitely look to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.
We worked with Caduste Michaud to purchase a new 2016 Golf Sportwagen. The experience was entirely pleasant and Caduste went out of his way to make for a super-smooth experience. I would solidly recommend Caduste as well as the dealership.
