It was great. Steve walked me through it all with ease. Great car & no hassles.
My check engine light came on yesterday morning. I called service, talked to David Baker, and he suggested I bring the car in. I dropped it off at noon, had lunch with a colleague at the Pompton Queen Diner, and received a call that my car was finished just as I was finishing my meal. David told me that there was a minor electrical issue, which had been rememdied. I picked up the car and was on my way by 1:00.
We purchased this wonderful car from Andy Beloff. Andy took very good care of us, and we are very excited to drive this car
I went in for a 20,000 mile oil change. Service was exceptional they completed the service in a timley manner. Very professional handling the service to my vehicle. I was taken in right away to complete my service on my Volkswagen .
Darlene was very helpful. This is my first time working with her. She explained the service that I needed line by line and worked with me to get the important things done. I was just wondering why that did not happen before. Maybe, I would not have needed as much work done at this point. The people at the desk were very pleasant to deal with.

The service department fixed the horn and did a 30k mile check up. It was done very fast, they called quickly with updates and were and polite. I appreciated how efficient they are. thanks!
A little over a month ago I purchased a 2012 Corolla from Steve and totalled it in an accident. I came back with the intention of spending the same amount per month and Steve was able to find me the same exact car with the same mileage. He has been very helpful throughout the whole process.
It was a pleasant experience overall, certainly as good as can be expected when one comes in for a repair. There was prompt and good treatment and the service was fast and exactly as had been explained to me.
