Excellent experience, I had a broken gold necklace which was sentimental to me and wanted it repaired if at all possible. The service I received was exceptional, and the lady serving me was so lovely. Thankfully Cresta Gems were able to repair the necklace within a day, and the cost was most agreeable for my wallet... I highly recommend Cresta Gems, they will definitely be my first choice for any future custom...

Couldn’t recommend Cresta Gems enough. I went around 11am on a Saturday needing a ring and bracelet fixed. Everything was fixed in under two hours! Quality of both jobs was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be any happier.
