We used Creative Spaces for the rennovation, loft and kitchen extension of our 3-story Victorian semi-detached in 2021-22. Luke gave us a lot of confidence during our initial meetings and then the planning and quoting process for what was an involved project, including his team taking on the production of the construction drawings. Despite the complexity, the project pace was kept up and was completed in 9 months to a very high standard.

We recently used Creative Spaces for our side return kitchen extension and renovation to the ground floor in our Victorian terrace after being recommended them by a friend. We were provided a very clear breakdown of the costs in our quote, and preparing for the building work (drawings, planning, party well etc) was all very straightforward. Luke and his team were fabulous. Diligent, trustworthy and respectful, Creative Spaces expertly navigated our full house renovation which included a loft and ground floor extension.
