My daughter had very matted hair, after 5 hours of extreme patience, very professional manner, Grace worked wonders to save her long hair, I can’t thank you enough and having other members of the staff helping out, you made my daughter feel comfortable and adding the extra touch of the sweets made her happy. You all are hero’s in our eyes, you all go above and beyond to make your clients feel very comfortable and relaxed, can’t ask for better salon. Thank you all and especially Grace

Charlotte is the best hairdresser. Have been going to her for years for hair cut and colour and continued to drive back especially so she could do my hair even when I moved away for a year. She always takes time to listen and helps advise on what would be best for my hair and I’m always happy with finished product.

I have wavy hair which is difficult to style. Creations website gave me the confidence to book as it clear which stylists have the expertise in what you want. At the salon, it is so lovely from start to finish. You are welcomed in the salon with refreshments. Keeley has cut and styled my hair three times and each visit has been a joy. She is very attentive and takes the time to listen to your requirements and showing photos to ensure we are on the same wavelength. I recommend the head massage too! Great experience.
