Felt fantastic on leaving, thankyou. It was well needed! Colin made me feel at ease and was great at the facial he gave.
Never again ! I had an appointment and paid a 50% deposit .. on the morning of appointment my wife’s 95 year old mother was rushed to hospital so I could not attend . I explained this and they never said a word of sorrow but very fast to say if i wanted to come back I would have to pay the deposit again ! By the way the management refused to speak with me . Oh well , money down the drain but a valuable lesson learnt.
