The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. The service was very unprofessional and rude. The waitress kept smacking and rolling her eyes and her fingernails was very dirty. The crawfish was very mushy. I could barely tare them apart without them crumbling.

First off, invest in better servers and seasoning. Secondly, this is a slap in the face to all of the African Americans who are patrons of your establishment. I will NOT be coming back.
