The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. We take a lot of pride in our food. My favorite item is the Shrimp & Oyster Diablo; a shrimp, oyster and 1/2 Jalapeno wrapped in bacon deep fried and basted in BBQ sauce. ... read more

Probably the best snow crab I’ve had. So flavorful and juicy! We had medium spiced crawfish and it was really good also. Since they’re only during curbside due to COVID, they came up to our window and brought our order out within 7 minutes of ordering! We never had to get out of the car
Big shoutout to these guys I drove an hour to get there the staff was very friendly we had to get curbside pickup due to the pandemic we ordered our food once we got there and I was extremely satisfied at how they got our food out in a timely manner. We ordered the Boiled seafood feast and that was honestly the best part my goodness that was some good eating 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 thanks for making this a great day and experience for my better half on her birthday! We’ll definitely be back!
