The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. RecommendedFirst time there, and let me say I was impressed. No wait and the food came super fast. Plus it was delicious! The crawfish were not too big but they were tasty. The shrimp were huge. Bloody Mary was so so. It had no garnish at all. When you think of a Bloody Mary it’s the celery, olives, lemon slice. But nah none of that. Our server was really nice and attentive. Been eating there for years but last weekend the crawfish were extremely ridiculously small. The manager said that’s all that’s coming out of Louisiana. Give me a break, went to catfish kitchen the next day and got good sized crawfish. The manager at swamp shack is a freaking liar. 6/6/20 We won’t be going back he lost a good customer

Delicious food, great atmosphere, fair prices. Madison was our waitress and was fantastic. Very prompt with a fantastic personality! Definitely recommend and ask for Madison!

It sucked today!! Usually good but it was like they gave us leftovers and wasnt worth the 200$ we got aid for three people.. they kept forgetting us etc...
