The Swamp Shack has a variety of food: salads, chicken, sandwiches, burgers (bacon, jalapenos, gator and crawfish mixed in the meat), steaks and specializing in fresh gulf seafood. We have several cajun items, Gumbo, Jambalya, Etouffee and Crawfish. 95% of our items are made from scratch. For example, it takes 12 hours to make our black roux for our gumbo. I came here to leave an honest review of my experience and I was met with a brick wall by whoever is running this Facebook page. They accused me of writing a review that mentioned a sign outside the establishment. I never once mentioned the sign. They accused me of starting arguments with their racist customer, who was leaving racist comments under all reviews from black people, I never once spoke to that person. This place is horrible and the smell of piss will run you straight away!!!! almost EVERYONE WAS RUDE! !! Don’t waste your money, you would do better going to Macdonalds or something

The food is very distasteful, unflavored everything seems like it’s literally straight from the swamp no cleaning at all . The customer service is HORRIBLE. I think i seen a couple of critters crawling on the floor and flying over the food . The bathrooms are never cleaned and one time they tried to give me dirty silverware to eat with . I don’t not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy
